DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE LOT WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. 2. ONCE APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED YOU MUST BE PROMPT. 3. Must park at the top of the street at Bryant's Nursery Road, and walk down the driveway. YOU MAY NOT DRIVE DOWN THE DRIVEWAY. When you get to the bottom of the driveway you will see the driveway splits to the left. Please follow the split. You will be walking through the yard of 551 Bryant's Nursery Road to access this lot. Once you have walked past the uncleared area you have now entered the lot for sale. 4. Showings can only occur during day light. NO showings after dark. The owners of 551 Bryant's Nursery Road have two large dogs that often times roam free in the yard. The dogs will be taken inside the house if the owner has approved an appointment to show. This is a 5 acre wooded lot.
